M.Sc. in Sustainable Buildings from Oxford Brookes University, UK and B.Arch. from Sir J.J.CoA, Mumbai, Sonal’s core interest lies within Passive Design Strategies for Innovative design and low energy consumption.

Sonal has experience of working with worldwide reputed practices on varied residential, retail, mixed-use, hospitality, hospitals and industrial projects in India, Europe and Middle East.

M.Arch. from Architectural Association, London and B.Arch. from Pune University, Pankaj brings pragmatically innovative approach towards the design projects. Experimentation, Innovation, integrating sustainable design principles and sound technical knowledge has helped to shape up his holistic approach towards design and delivery.

Experience with leading international design firms has helped Pankaj to develop keen sensibility towards different market sectors. He has built a diverse portfolio and skill set working on Residential, Mixed-use, Hospitality, Workplace, Public buildings and Industrial projects across India, Asia, UK, Europe and Middle East.

Heads the team at studioPERCEPT ensuring delivery of the projects at site in line with the intent.


A Civil Engineer with vast experience of working on projects of varied scale, he brings the know-how, technical ability & management required to construct; realize the project vision. His understanding of the design intent, keen eye to detail & manage it within the project budgets help to deliver the project work in a timely & organized manner.
